comfortable stay but areas could improve
The fresh cookies in the lobby created a welcoming environment each time I returned. I appreciated how clean and comfortable my room felt, making it easy to relax after a long day. Having a pool that was in great condition provided a nice way to unwind and enjoy the evenings.
The workout center was a bit underwhelming compared to expectations.

The hotel had a nice indoor pool, which my kids loved. We also enjoyed the complementary coffee in the lounge area. It was convenient to explore the Greenbrier Golf Course nearby. My mother appreciated the comfortable seating in the lobby.
My kids wished there were more breakfast options available for families with children.

The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable workspace that met all my business needs. The staff was attentive and quick to assist with any requests I had, ensuring my stay was productive. I also appreciated the gym and business center facilities available, which allowed me to balance work and fitness during my trip.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited.

missingWrote a review on Jul 08uncomfortable beds
The beds creaked like Wookiee on a bad day. uncomfortable and dated, they lacked the support needed for a good night's sleep. The pool looked like it hadn't seen a cleaning rag in a while—an oily film floated on top that made me think twice before diving in. Additionally, some bathroom amenities were lacking—once empty, they didn't magically refill, and there wasn't a side mirror for grooming. Breakfast options were pretty paltry. I got there late and many items were already gone. Overall, while the place has potential, it didn't meet my expectations for the price.

Awesome service from Lynn!
Lynn, the night manager, was a lifesaver when we arrived hungry in the late night. She let us grab food from the breakfast area and even gave us pool access after hours, my daughter loved it! The room was comfy, but the gym could use more equipment.

The room was clean and comfortable, but just really basic. The bed was fine, though I’ve definitely had better sleep in other places. The bathroom was decent, but needed better lighting. I kind of wished there was a more modern touch to it. But, at least it was workable for a quick stay.

The hotel featured a lovely traditional interior that echoed the historic charm of the area, with spacious common areas that made it easy for me to navigate comfortably. The beautiful grounds with native trees were a nice touch.
More comfortable seating in common areas would help.
